Brent Stermer has been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for 11 years. Born and raised in the Elmira area, with exception of his college years he has resided here his entire life. Brent has a passion for the Arts and his local community. In past years he has been an integral part of the creation of many organizations including Near Westside Neighborhood and Community Arts of Elmira. He served as President for each organization for several years before stepping down to focus on future endeavors. He does however continue to council with each organization as a board member. In 2013 he decided to take his passion for the area and his forward-thinking attitude and ideas and put them to work on a larger scale. He ran and won the seat of Second District City Council and is currently serving his third term in office. Brent works hard for his constituents as well as for the greater good of the city. Brent brings his vast knowledge of the area as well as his passion and forward-thinking attitude to his Real Estate career. He has successfully represented home buyers and sellers over the past 11 years and would like to put his knowledge and negotiating skills to work for you!
