Bryan Warren represents the third generation of Realtors in the Warren family and remains a vibrant and active member of the Tompkins County community on a daily basis. A member of the Ithaca Board of Realtors, Bryan also serves on the Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce Foundation Board of Directors, Kendall Board of Trustees, Tompkins Trust Company Business Development Board, Family and Children Services Board of Directors and was honored to receive the David R. Strong Small Business of the Year award from the Chamber of Commerce in 2008. A true leader in the real estate industry, Bryan possesses a unique knowledge of the market throughout the Finger Lakes Region. His connections stem from professional to social and Bryan combines these interests with his active membership in the Country Club of Ithaca, as well as captaining his own boat from the waters of Cayuga Lake to New York City and New England. With a background in corporate sales and management experience in Chicago and Boston, Bryan is a graduate of High Point University with a B.S. in Marketing and Management. It is important to Bryan to contribute to the economic vitality of our community. He took a major stake in downtown Ithaca by creating a significant development project in the heart of the city, Seneca Way, a 6 story mixed-use building with 38 luxury apartments and 9200 sq ft of Class A commercial space. His experience and leadership have also led him to recently expand Warren Real Estate into the Southern Tier region, opening an office in the Greater Binghamton area. As President of Warren Real Estate, Inc., Ithaca’s leading, a local agency, Bryan has a genuine passion for the industry and a drive for contributing to a thriving community.
