Connor Colbert join’s Warren Real Estate with a wealth of local and regional commercial real estate knowledge and experience, after ten plus years in the commercial real estate business. Mr. Colbert’s real estate career began in 2013, when he joined his family’s real estate development company, Greenstate Properties. Connor’s primary duties included property management, lease enforcement, managing various corporate Tenant buildouts, and the oversight of a ground-up office building development project.
Mr. Colbert completed his first ground-up commercial development as Owner / Developer in 2016, when he built the Wells Fargo Advisors office building in Johnson City, NY. He has since developed a second ground-up office building as Owner / Developer for Wells Fargo Advisors in New Hartford, NY. Through these business ventures, Mr. Colbert has gained extensive knowledge in Corporate / National Tenant leasing and management.
In 2016, Mr. Colbert received his NYS Real Estate Salesperson’s license and received his Associate Brokerage license in February of 2024. Since 2016, Connor has closed over $25 million in commercial real estate transactions. These transactions include both sales and leases of local and national office, retail, and restaurant properties. Through these transactions, Mr. Colbert has gained extensive experience representing Landlords, Tenants, Buyers, and Sellers.
As a lifelong resident of Ithaca, Connor enjoys spending his free time with his family and friends, boating on Cayuga Lake, playing golf, and coaching his stepson’s youth hockey team.
