The word “home” holds powerful meaning. It is a place of comfort, rest, and rejuvenation. It is the place children are raised, first steps are taken, birthdays and anniversaries are celebrated, and innumerable memories are made. When it comes to buying or selling that home, it is important to have someone who understands what “home” means to you.
Growing up in Apalachin, and a lifelong resident of the Southern Tier, Kaitlyn earned her AAS as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2008 from Broome Community College, and her BS PTA from PIMA Medical Institute in 2017. While busy rehabilitating the injuries of others at Guthrie PT in Sayre PA, Kaitlyn also managed to build a family, and a find home of her own with her loving partner Rob, and their 4 beautiful children. At home, she enjoys playing with her kids, their dog Kittle, spending warm days on their boat, or taking evening walks as a family. Kaitlyn is also an avid runner, and has been involved in many local charitable races, and running groups in the area. Being committed to fitness and healthy eating, you will often find Kaitlyn in the kitchen creating healthy recipes for her friends and family. Kaitlyn has strong ties to her community with her involvement in local and cultural events, fundraisers, and participation in her faith community. She enjoys going out to local restaurants, and most of her friends and family would define her as a “foodie”.
Kaitlyn’s interest in real estate came out of buying and selling her first home and learning more about the industry from her best friend who is also a sales agent. Working in the health care industry in direct patient care for almost 13 years, Kaitlyn understands the importance of service, dedication, communication, flexibility, and strong interpersonal relationships. These values provide a strong foundation in not only understanding the needs of clients, but also providing service with integrity, honesty, and loyalty.
Kaitlyn has loved growing up in Broome and Tioga county, and understands and appreciates what home means to the people of this area. She is excited to build strong relationships with her clients, and very eager to help them every step of the way in their journey home.
