BIO
My adventure in real estate began when my family started to invest in the property market back in 2007. I quickly learned the ropes of purchasing, selling and managing multi-units and single family homes. When the time came for my family to buy a house, I knew enough to get actively involved in the negotiating process, helping secure a better deal. After that experience, I decided to help other people: nothing is more rewarding than the smiles of families finding their new home, where they will create memories, raise their children, be happy. And when the time is right to sell your house, my renovation team will help you get the best value out of your investment.
I have been living in the area since 2012, moving from New York City with my husband to Ithaca where we have been raising our two daughters. Like so many others, we fell in love with everything this wonderful corner of paradise has to offer. Whether it's hiking on the nature trails, boating on Cayuga lake, or skiing at Greek Peak, there is simply no other place that can offer the same opportunities, and no other community with such a strong, vibrant cultural life, so rich and diverse. In 2019, as a way to give back to this wonderful community, we donated a property to Second Wind Cottages, helping give shelter to the most vulnerable among us.
I'm originally from Hawaii, which is maybe why I like to bring a sense of aloha to everything I do in life, and that extends to the care I offer to my clients, some of whom have become my family's friends. I am fluent in Mandarin Chinese, which has allowed me to be an advocate for my clients whose first language is not English, and who may find themselves overwhelmed by the world of real estate. I know first-hand what a challenge it can be - from fires to floods, to adversarial insurance companies : I've been through it all myself, and I'm here to help you navigate around any obstacle.
