Sam’s path to real estate wove through many industries, from food service, making concrete countertops to owning a screen-printing business, and running Logistics for Ithaca Beer Company. These exciting and varied experiences give Sam a unique perspective and varied skill set to offer his clients. Sam's ability to empathize and relate makes him a true asset in guiding clients through the real estate process. Having been bitten by the real estate bug himself, he is currently renovating and investing in a 6-unit apartment building. This latest adventure adds yet another skill set to his repertoire.
Sam has called Ithaca home since 2012, And has since built a family here. And when not in the throws of renovations, Sam enjoys his free time making the most of what we have locally. He enjoys camping, golfing, and hiking the nearby trails and gorges. He’s also a fantastic cook and loves exploring the Finger Lakes restaurant scene.
Sam joined the Kate Seaman Team in 2018. Since then he has closed over 75 properties for his clients.
