Tam-Marion Warren is Warren Real Estate’s Regional Vice President. Tam’s lead responsibilities include operations management, marketing, brand management, business performance, career development, HR and training. She began her career in the real estate industry in 2007, joining Warren Real Estate after returning to her hometown of Ithaca, NY after working abroad in Southeast Asia. In her tenure at Warren Real Estate, she has contributed to opening 7 offices, oversees compliance of $600+ million in annual transactions and helps support over 160 agents. Known for her innovative management style and talent for forming organizational solutions, she is also led by compassion and integrity which she believes are cornerstones to success. Prior to Warren Real Estate, Tam worked as an Educator and Trainer for The Center for Foreign Affairs and Languages Training, and American Pacific University in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam. Tam's international work background affords her familiarity in a variety of business environments and her versatility contributes to Warren Real Estate's ability to successfully adapt to an ever shifting industry and market. But more significantly, she is very keen to the importance of local business ownership and development. Tam is proud to be a part of a locally owned company that contributes to the growth of our local economy and community. Multi lingual in 3 languages, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Cortland and a TESL certification from University of Buffalo. Tam is also a licensed NYS Real Estate Associate Broker and plays an active role with the Ithaca Board of Realtors as past board member and RPAC member. Tam is also honored to serve as President of the Friends of Ithaca College, Board of Directors for Love Living at Home and past board member for the Society of Human Resource Management of Tompkins County (SHRMTC). As an innovative and resourceful leader, Tam's unique knowledge and skills make her a tremendous asset to Warren Real Estate’s management team.
